If you would like to add all chamber events directly into your Microsoft Outlook ® calendar, please follow these directions...
- Download this file to your hard drive - UrbandaleChamberEvents.csv - by doing a right-mouse click and select "Save Target As.." or "Save File As...". BE SURE TO MAKE NOTE OR REMEMBER WHERE YOU SAVE THIS FILE TO!
- Open Microsoft Outlook if it is not already open
- Select the File -> Import and Export... menu option
- Select "Import from another program or file" and click Next
- Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next
- Find the UrbandaleChamberEvents.csv file you downloaded from step 1 and select "Do not import duplicate items" and click Next
- Select Calendar (NOT under your Archive folder) and click Next. This will import your file and add these events you registered for to your calendar for you.
